Assistant Regional Sales Manager

BelGioioso Cheese, Inc., North America's leading producer of award-winning specialty Italian cheeses, is seeking a sales professional to be based out of the Los Angeles market. This newly created position is primarily responsible for implementing the sales strategy of the company by working with our network of brokers.

Qualified candidates will be passionate about their job and specialty cheeses, as well as offer some experience in successful sales management in the food/dairy industry. Candidates with experience in both the food service and retail sides of the business will be given special consideration.

Industrical Mechanic/Electrician

The primary responsibility of the Industrial Mechanic is to provide high-quality installation, repair, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of various food processing and packaging equipment. Industrial Mechanics also complete preventative maintenance assignments and respond to line and equipment calls. All duties are performed while adhering to our high expectations for producing a superior quality product and maintaining operational efficiency, as well as food safety/quality and safety standards.

Qualified candidates will offer a minimum of 3 years' work experience in at least one of the following areas: electrical equipment repair/electronics, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, relays, motor control logic, schematic/drawings interpretation, and fabricating stainless steel. Candidates who offer experience with AC/DC variable speed drives, control systems PLC programming, and knowledge of NEC will be given special consideration. Candidates with an Electro-mechanical Associates degree are preferred.

In addition, we seek a candidate with solid communication and team work skills as well as a self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement. Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery/tools as well as the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Candidates with dairy plant experience will be given special consideration.

Hauler

We are seeking a highly qualified CDL licensed professional hauler. The primary responsibility of the Hauler is to ensure liquid and dry products are transported within BelGioioso's strict quality expectations for manufacturing efficiency as well as food safety and DOT regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have the ability to produce desired results without direct supervision. The qualified candidate will offer a High school diploma, current Class A CDL with N (tanker) endorsement, excellent driver record and an excellent attendance and employment history. Candidates with a bulk weigher and samplers license as well as previous liquid and/or dairy hauling experience will be given special consideration.

Programmer/Analyst

Due to company growth, we are expanding our IT department. Our newly created, hands-on Programmer/Analyst position will be primarily responsible for:

Evaluating user requests for new or modified programs, such as for ERP, production planning, financial or human resource management systems.
Providing assistance in planning, development, testing, and documenting new or modified computer programs.
Providing assistance in the continuing development of our multi-user operating systems and associated subsystems. This includes hardware and software tools, installation, configuration, maintenance and support of these systems.
Supporting business operations. This will be accomplished through programming reports and identifying alternatives for optimizing computer resources.

We seek a candidate with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to end users. Qualified candidates will also offer analytical and team work skills as well as be a self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement. 1 – 3 years of working experience with computer system analysis and programming is required.

Successful candidates will offer any combination of the following skills: programming, systems operations, Visual Basic or C# preferred, Web programming, Windows (XP, Vista & 7), Office (2003, 2007 & 2010), SQL Server, Reporting Services reports, workstation configuration and repair and network skills. This is normally acquired through attainment of a Bachelor's degree in CIS or IS. Candidates with Microsoft and/or Cisco certifications will be given special consideration.
