KASSERI
After
4 months of aging, this semi-soft cheese develops a slightly piquant
flavor. Made from whole cow's milk, this table cheese can be cubed,
crumbled or shredded to add interest to salads, sauces and cheese
trays.

Serving Ideas
- If
you're looking for a rich taste, melt slices of BelGioioso Kasseri
on burgers or hot sandwiches.
- Combine
BelGioioso Kasseri, olives, cured ham and crusty bread on a serving
platter for a fabulous before-dinner treat.
- To
create an incredible easy appetizer, sauté strips of BelGioioso
Kasseri in a skillet with olive oil and garlic until lightly browned;
sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.
- Mix
cooked garbanzo beans, peeled and sliced cucumber, sun-dried tomatoes,
thyme, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and cubed BelGioioso Kasseri
in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve
with fresh fruit and champagne for an easy and elegant dessert.
