1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
4 cups spring green salad mix
2 small tomatoes, sliced into wedges
1/2 cup black olives
4 oz. BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella, Prosciutto and Basil Roll cheese, sliced and cut into quarters
In a large salad bowl, toss olive oil and vinegar dressing with the salad greens and add the tomatoes, black olives and sliced BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella, Prosciutto and Basil Roll. Serve immediately.
