16 oz. BelGioioso Ricotta con Latte® cheese
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate chips (chips or shaved)
12 flavored thin cookies
12 mint sprigs
Combine BelGioioso Ricotta con Latte® with sugar until well blended. More sugar may be added if a sweeter filling is preferred. Stir in the chocolate; cover and refrigerate mixture for at least 30 minutes before serving.
To serve, scoop a serving of cannoli cream onto a dessert plate and garnish with a flavored thin cookie and a sprig of mint.
