Easy Serving Ideas

  • Top Italian bread with grilled eggplant, tomato, fresh basil and BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Make a colorful Caprese salad using both sliced red and yellow vine-ripened tomatoes. Alternate the tomatoes with sliced BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella, then sprinkle with fresh chopped basil, salt, pepper and olive oil.
  • Top your roast beef sandwich with roasted red peppers and sliced BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Mix BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella Ciliegine, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, salt, pepper and olive oil. Serve over fresh salad greens.
  • Marinate BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella in olive oil, garlic cloves, chopped fresh basil, chopped fresh oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper for at least 3 hours. Serve as a part of your antipasto platter.
