• Analyzing and resolving problems with company PCs, phones, multi-function printers, mobile devices, wireless devices, and PC accessories.
• Inventory PC management, PC setup, upgrades, and installing new software.
• Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
• Assisting with EDI testing.
Preferred qualifications include:
• Associates degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in Information Technology.
