GORGONZOLA

BELGIOIOSO CREAMYGORG® - Aged 90 days, this soft, blue-green veined cheese has a full, earthy flavor and creamy texture. Perfect for spreads and sauces; try it over pasta, beef, chicken and vegetables, or mix it with mustard and olive oil for a tasty salad dressing.

BELGIOIOSO CRUMBLY GORGONZOLA- Add a full, earthy flavor to any dish. Both firm and crumbly, this ivory-colored cheese with blue-gray veins has a stronger flavor than our CreamyGorg®. Crumble into salads and dips, or serve with pears, apples and walnuts as an appetizer or dessert.
