Our Laborer roles are physically demanding and fast-paced positions which are responsible for the production and/or packaging of specialty Italian cheese products according to standard food safety, safety and operating procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Qualified candidates will be self-motivated, high energy individuals with an unyielding commitment to quality. Candidates with cheese production and/or packaging, safety and sanitation/food safety knowledge are given special consideration. A proven history of dependability and an excellent attendance record are required. In addition, qualified candidates will have the ability to stand while working 8 - 10 hours, perform fine grasping as well as repetitively lift up to 60 pounds. Mechanical ability is a plus.
