• Using technical experience, R&D and industry insights, proactively develop and implement creative equipment solutions which align with company objectives.
• Maintain vendor and industry relationships to keep up-to-date with current and future trends.
• Research and recommend the selection of equipment materials and equipment.
The ideal candidate will offer a bachelor's degree in mechanical or process engineering or similar degree, as well as direct work experience in the dairy/food manufacturing industry. Candidates also must provide a working knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

In order to accomplish this, candidates will offer 5+ years’ experience with a broad range of dairy/food packaging materials and equipment. Candidates must also offer excellent communication, analytical, project management and team work skills. All of these abilities would normally be obtained through a minimum of 5+ years of direct experience and career progression.
Apply NowPrimarily responsible for providing high-quality installation, repair, troubleshooting and diagnosis of various packaging and production equipment. This position will also be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembly of components to fulfill our project needs.
Qualified candidates will offer:
• Proficient tig welder/wire feed welding of Stainless Steel. Purge welding is a plus.
• Good fabrication skills, with an eye for cleanliness.
• Ability to assemble fabricated and purchased components.
• Must be able to work off oral instructions and limited sketches.
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery/tools as well as the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Schematics/electrical troubleshooting.
• Any electrical/programming skills are a bonus.
