4 flour tortillas
4 slices BelGioioso Mild Provolone cheese
4 oz. BelGioioso Peperoncino® cheese, shredded
1 cup fresh salsa
Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add flour tortilla. Cover half of the tortilla with one slice of BelGioioso Mild Provolone and one ounce of BelGioioso Peperoncino®. Fold tortilla over and heat on both sides until cheese is melted and tortilla starts to brown. Repeat with remaining tortillas and cheese. Serve sliced quesadillas with fresh salsa. Add shredded chicken, pork or beef to the filling for a heartier offering.
