Ingredients
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups BelGioioso Sharp Provolone cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
2 Tbsp. shallot, minced
1 tsp. lemon zest, grated
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. cracked black pepper
2 Tbsp. fresh chives, minced
Directions
Place all ingredients except for chives in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Remove dressing and place in a small bowl. Add minced chives and taste. Adjust seasonings if desired.
