3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 homemade or refrigerated pizza dough
1/4 cup BelGioioso Parmesan cheese, grated
12 oz. BelGioioso Sliced Mild Provolone cheese
5 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
Fresh basil leaves, chopped
Preheat oven to 425˚F. Coat a pizza pan with olive oil and spread dough out evenly to all edges of the pan. Sprinkle BelGioioso Parmesan onto crust and top with BelGioioso Mild Provolone. Arrange sliced tomatoes on top of cheese and sprinkle with salt, pepper and fresh basil. Bake for 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven, slice and serve.
