The Customer Service Coordinator position is primarily responsible for providing high-level quality customer service over the phone, via email and/or EDI to internal and external customers to maximize customer satisfaction. This may involve resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, as well as providing accurate explanations of products and services. This position also handles all administrative duties related to the responsibilities of the position including but not limited to data entry, electronic filing and saving, retrieval, retention, storage, updating and purging.
The successful candidate will offer a post-high school degree in business, sales or marketing or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 3-5 years high-level customer service experience required. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with solid communication skills, a detail orientation, excellent follow-up strengths and team work skills. We seek proven experience in producing high quality results while working independently and in a team atmosphere with the ability to effectively serve multiple customers simultaneously.

• Managing our company-wide Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) program, including but not limited to, communicating with projects, maintenance and plant managers to proactively review new equipment and equipment upgrades, providing annual training, and auditing LOTO processes and manuals.
• Assisting with other Safety Department projects such as scheduling training, putting together training packets, grading quizzes and documenting training activities.
• Working with Human Resources and our Workers’ Compensation Claim Administrator to report and follow-up on claims.
The successful candidate will provide at least 3+ years’ experience in a safety related role as well as comprehensive knowledge of all safety programs/systems pertaining to the manufacturing industry. Candidates with an Associate’s degree in a safety related field and experience in the food manufacturing industry will be given special consideration.

The qualified candidate will offer a current Class A CDL with N (tanker) endorsement and an excellent driver record. Candidates with a bulk weigher and samplers license as well as previous liquid and/or dairy hauling experience will be given special consideration.
