Artigiano® Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups spring green salad mix
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 oz marinated artichoke hearts
  • 4 oz Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 4 oz La Bottega di BelGioioso® Artigiano® Aged Balsamic & Cipolline Onion cheese, crumbled

Instructions
 

  • In a large salad bowl, toss spring greens with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add marinated artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives and tomatoes, then toss again.
  • Top salad with crumbled Artigiano cheese and serve immediately.
