Asiago Pasta Salad


  • 16 oz rotini pasta
  • 8 oz BelGioioso Asiago cheese, cubed
  • ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup roasted red tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup kalamata olives
  • Fresh oregano, approximately 6 stems of leaves
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • After draining pasta, rinse with cool water. Place in bowl and mix in cubed BelGioioso Asiago, onion, tomatoes, olives and fresh oregano.
  • Lightly coat with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
