Gorgonzola Winter Salad


  • 4 cups spring green salad mix
  • ΒΌ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 oz BelGioioso Crumbly Gorgonzola cheese
  • 4 oz cooked bacon, cut into pieces
  • Roasted carrots or sweet potato, cut into bite size pieces


  • Toss salad greens with the olive oil and vinegar; season with salt and pepper. Top the salad with Gorgonzola cheese, bacon and roasted vegetables. Serve immediately.
