Ingredients
16 oz. ground turkey
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
8 oz. La Bottega di BelGioioso Crescenza-Stracchino™ cheese, cut into 1 oz. slices
1 1/2 cups Balsamic Cranberry Sauce (recipe follows)
2 cups arugula
8 slider-sized buns
Balsamic Cranberry Sauce
1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
Directions
Combine turkey with salt and pepper in mixing bowl. Shape into 2 oz. patties. Refrigerate patties until ready to cook.
To make cranberry sauce, add all ingredients to medium sauce pan and place over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer for about 5-10 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Set aside.
Grill or pan-grill burgers over medium heat on lightly oiled grill. Cook thoroughly on each side. Top with BelGioioso Crescenza-Stracchino™.
Toast buns, cut side down, on grill. Assemble sliders with grilled turkey burger, 3 Tbsp. cranberry sauce, and 1/4 cup arugula.
