16 oz. BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella cheese, sliced into 1⁄4 inch slices
1 cup flour
2 eggs, whisked
1 cup plain bread crumbs
Peanut oil, just enough to cover the bottom of pan
Dip slices of BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella in flour, then egg and repeat. Coat cheese with bread crumb mixture so slices are fully covered. Heat peanut oil in pan and fry breaded cheese, turning until cheese is warm and coating is browned. Serve with a warm red sauce or freshly chopped tomatoes, if desired.
