Ingredients
8 oz. BelGioioso Mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. espresso powder
Additional cocoa powder for dusting
Assorted cookies
Directions
Whip BelGioioso Mascarpone, sugar, heavy whipping cream, cocoa and espresso powder together using a hand or standing mixer for about a minute until all ingredients are combined and mixture is fluffy. Place dip into serving dish and garnish with the additional cocoa powder. Serve with assorted cookies or keep chilled until ready to serve.
