Ingredients

8 oz. BelGioioso Mild Provolone cheese, sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place slices of BelGioioso Mild Provolone onto a nonstick reusable baking mat inside a cookie sheet. Bake cheese for 5-6 minutes or until cheese starts to brown. Remove from oven and let cool for a minute. Remove crisps from the pan and roll cheese into a cylinder shape. Let cheese cool completely and fill with fresh salad leaves.
