Ingredients
5 oz. BelGioioso Sharp Provolone cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. butter, cut into pieces
2 oz. warm water
Salt to taste (optional)
Directions
Place shredded Provolone and butter into a food processor. Process on low speed and slowly add water until desired consistency. Add salt to taste. Refrigerate until firm; serve at room temperature. Serve as an antipasto with crackers, bread and fresh vegetables, or as a spread for sandwiches.
