Preheat oven to 350˚F. Oil a cookie sheet pan and place 1 Tbsp. of shredded BelGioioso Parmesan in piles on the pan. Bake for 5-6 minutes or until cheese starts to brown. Remove from oven and let cool for a minute.
Remove crisps from the pan and cool completely. Serve as a snack or as a garnish for salads or soups.
