Ingredients

  • 1 lb. corn (fresh or frozen; cooked and cooled)
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 2 Tbsp. diced yellow onion
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 5 oz. La Bottega di BelGioioso Peperoncino® cheese, shredded or diced

Directions

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
