Ingredients

  • 2 slices fresh Italian bread, thinly sliced
  • 2 oz. BelGioioso Mascarpone Cheese
  • 2 oz. BelGioioso Crumbly Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 thin slices of prosciutto
  • Fresh arugula leaves

Directions

Combine the BelGioioso Mascarpone and Crumbly Gorgonzola together to make a sandwich spread.

Spread onto slices of bread and top with prosciutto and arugula leaves. Serve immediately.
