

Preheat oven to 375° F.
Cut bread into thin slices. Brush each side with olive oil. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet, sprinkle with a touch of salt and bake until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes, flipping half way through. Allow to cool.
Cut Fresh Asiago cheese into cubes. Slice Bartlett or Anjou pear into paper-thin pieces. Spread carmelized onion jam on crostini. Add 2-3 slices of pear. Top with a cube of Asiago, chopped walnuts, then garnish with a piece of thyme or micro green.
