Ricotta Salata with Grilled Pineapple
Ingredients
- 8 whole slices fresh pineapple
- 4 oz. BelGioioso Ricotta Salata, crumbled
- Honey
- Fresh raspberries
Directions
Warm the pineapple slices on a hot grill, remove and place on serving platter.Top with crumbled BelGioioso Ricotta Salata and drizzle with warm honey.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve immediately.
