8 oz. BelGioioso CreamyGorg® cheese
8 oz. BelGioioso Mascarpone cheese
½ cup honey
1 baguette, sliced and toasted
Thinly slice the rind off of the BelGioioso CreamyGorg® and horizontally slice the wedge into 4 pieces. Spread a thick layer of BelGioioso Mascarpone between each slice of CreamyGorg® and stack back together. Serve torte with toasted crostini and honey.
