This special formula for pizza is similar to the cheese used by Pizzaiuoli in Italy. It melts with ease without releasing excess moisture while keeping the same high quality, consistency and remarkable flavor that makes BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella famous. Each thermoform logs contains 32 slices.
