Ingredients

  • 2 oz. BelGioioso Mascarpone cheese
  • 1 oz. Dijon-honey mustard
  • 8 slices fresh whole grain bread
  • 1/2 lb. turkey, shaved or sliced
  • 8 oz. roasted red pepper slices
  • 8 slices BelGioioso Asiago cheese
  • Spring greens

Directions

In a small bowl, combine BelGioioso Mascarpone cheese and Dijon-honey mustard. Spread desired amount onto bread slices and top with turkey, roasted peppers, sliced BelGioioso Asiago cheese and spring greens.

Serve immediately. Serves 4.
