2 oz. BelGioioso Mascarpone cheese
1 oz. Dijon-honey mustard
8 slices fresh whole grain bread
1/2 lb. turkey, shaved or sliced
8 oz. roasted red pepper slices
8 slices BelGioioso Asiago cheese
In a small bowl, combine BelGioioso Mascarpone cheese and Dijon-honey mustard. Spread desired amount onto bread slices and top with turkey, roasted peppers, sliced BelGioioso Asiago cheese and spring greens. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
