2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1/2 cup BelGioioso Crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1/2 cup capers
1/4 cup minced fresh dill
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup minced red onion
