Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup BelGioioso Crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 cup capers
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh dill
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup minced red onion

Directions

Combine all ingredients and enjoy on toasted bread slices or hearty crackers.
