Ingredients

  • 8 whole slices fresh pineapple
  • 4 oz. BelGioioso Ricotta Salata, crumbled
  • Honey
  • Fresh raspberries

Directions

Warm the pineapple slices on a hot grill, remove and place on serving platter.

Top with crumbled BelGioioso Ricotta Salata and drizzle with warm honey.

Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve immediately.
