2 slices fresh Italian bread, thinly sliced
2 oz. BelGioioso Mascarpone Cheese
2 oz. BelGioioso Crumbly Gorgonzola cheese
2 thin slices of prosciutto
Fresh arugula leaves
Combine the BelGioioso Mascarpone and Crumbly Gorgonzola together to make a sandwich spread. Spread onto slices of bread and top with prosciutto and arugula leaves. Serve immediately.
