Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 – 16 oz. cups BelGioioso Ricotta con Latte® cheese, Whole Milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 oz. semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
  • Shaved chocolate curls for garnish

Directions

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Spray pie dish with nonstick cooking spray. Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, sugar and salt together and press mixture firmly into prepared pie dish. Bake until crust is lightly golden, 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.

In a large mixing bowl combine the Ricotta with the sugar and vanilla then mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips and smooth filling into cooled graham cracker crust. Garnish with shaved chocolate curls. Refrigerate pie until completely set, about 2 hours or overnight.
