Cranberry sauce or Cranberry Chutney (recipe follows)
For Cranberry Chutney
1 small red onion
3/4 cup champagne vinegar
4 cups dried cranberries
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1 tsp. chopped sage
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
2 cups water
Directions
Preheat panini press or grill pan. Butter two slices of bread and place face down on a cutting board. Top one slice of bread with BelGioioso Fontina, turkey, sliced apple and 1 Tbsp. of cranberries. Place top on sandwich and put sandwich on pan. Grill until golden brown. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
