3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 homemade or refrigerated pizza dough
4 oz. BelGioioso Mascarpone cheese
6 oz. BelGioioso CreamyGorg® cheese, thinly sliced
4 oz. BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
1/4 cup balsamic cipolline onions, sliced
Preheat oven to 400˚F. Coat the pizza pan with extra virgin olive oil. Spread the pizza dough evenly to all edges of the pizza pan. Spread BelGioioso Mascarpone over the pizza dough. Top with slices of BelGioioso CreamyGorg®, Fresh Mozzarella and cipolline onions. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
