1 cup mayonnaise
1 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 1/2 cups BelGioioso Fontina cheese, shredded
1 cup BelGioioso Parmesan cheese, grated
Bread for dipping
Preheat of to 350°F.
Grease a 1 quart baking dish.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, spinach, artichokes, 2 cups of Fontina cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Add to baking dish and top with remaining Fontina cheese.
Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and has started to bubble. Serve warm with bread.
