Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mixed olives, drained and sliced
  • 1/4 cup peppadew peppers, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup diced salami
  • 4 oz. BelGioioso Mild Provolone cheese, diced
  • 1/4 cup BelGioioso Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
