3 cups fresh salad greens
4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
5 oz. BelGioioso Ricotta Salata cheese, cubed
1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half
Salt and pepper to taste
Toss fresh salad greens with the olive oil and vinegar dressing. Top with BelGioioso Ricotta Salata, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Add kalamata olives, red onion slices and grilled chicken for a salad lunch option.
